Rachel and Junior began by serving alongside SCORE missionaries in the Dominican Republic They currently work with families in Fairmont City, IL, a small town outside of St. Louis which is approximately 80% Hispanic.  The goal of Sin Fronteras is to build relationships and community amongst Hispanic families in Fairmont City and surrounding areas while assisting with needs in order to share the life-changing message of Jesus.

Currently, Sin Fronteras Family Resource Center is reaching out to families, specifically those with children under the age of 2, by providing necessities such as diapers, wipes, formula, etc. Both mothers and fathers also have access to English classes where they can find spiritual support through Scripture reading, prayer, and encouragement during meetings with our volunteers.

While the community is primarily Mexican, Sin Fronteras works with families from Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, El Salvador, Venezuela, and Cuba.

How can you partner with us?

  1. Pray for relationships to be built and for the mothers to see Jesus in us
  2. Pray for long-term volunteers and local churches to come alongside
  3. Plan a short-term trip to come and minister to the families
  4. Donate to cover the cost of baby supplies or relationship-building activities (Providing diapers and wipes for 1 mom costs approximately $6 a week.)
