Description of Ministry
Selma, AL is a multifaceted area for ministry located in a historic region of the south where SCORE International serves alongside several multi-cultural church partners. SCORE International short-term mission groups will be involved in the implementation of adult & child feeding programs, children’s ministry, and light construction projects. A majority of ministry and service takes place at a government housing complex through daily bible studies and engagement with families. This city has rich historical value with the Civil Rights March and the works of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
