Communication/Design Associate

Location: Home Office – Chattanooga, TN

This position is responsible for telling the story of what God is doing all around the world through various mediums: social media, print material, blogs, graphics, photography, and videography.

Communication Responsibilities 

  • Develop and edit stories from the field
  • Post trip updates of various teams traveling with SCORE
  • Develop content for monthly newsletter
  • Manage social media engagement using the SproutSocial software
  • Maintain Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube account
  • Create press release and newspaper articles
  • Manage MailChimp and database lists
  • Create and develop SCORE display materials
  • Update the verbiage of all applications through HelloSign software
  • Create staff business cards and prayer cards

Design Responsibilities 

  • Demonstrate original creative thought and design
  • Responsible for all graphic design print and online
  • Manage all outsourcing: printers, copywriters, photographers, & marketing specialists
  • Utilize a wide range of computer programs including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc) and Microsoft Suite
  • Create and Edit videos with Premiere Pro
  • Get quotes from vendors for design projects
  • Maintain brand identity across all platforms
  • Create material for staff/missionaries in the field
  • Manage the development and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral, including newsletters, brochures, website, and social media
  • Create and update all business forms, trip applications, GAP year student packers, and trip forms
  • Create and update all country destination informational packets
