Connections Marketing Coordinator

Location: Home Office – Chattanooga, TN

Full-Time Position

The Connection Marketing Coordinator is a highly motivated staff member who enjoys connecting with people for the purpose of establishing, developing and maintaining lasting relationships with SCORE International. Practically, the Connections Coordinator will be active in the following areas:

  • Care and support for SCORE Mission team leaders
  • Recruitment of new mission teams
  • Retention of existing mission teams through relational connection
  • Marketing and SCORE brand advancement – active with SCORE social media accounts and platforms
  • Mission team trip leader
  • Technology proficiency – Microsoft Office, ability to learn Managed Missions, Studio Essentials
  • Other

Mission Team and Team Leader Care and Support

  • Proactively reach out to mission team trip leaders to offer assistance in promoting mission trip opportunity
  • Post trip follow-up with trip leader
  • Become an in-house system expert for Studio Essentials (CRM) and Managed Missions (mission team software)

Recruitment of New Mission Teams

  • Active in the recruitment of mission teams in effort to assist in reaching ministry mission trip participant annual goals
  • Promote SCORE mission trips at outreach events and other venues
  • Knowledgeable of SCORE locations and ministry opportunities

Retention of Existing Mission Teams

  • Maintain contact with mission team trip leaders and partners through phone calls, text message, email, visits, etc.
  • Document contact in CRM system

Marketing and SCORE Brand Advancement

  • Represent SCORE at selected conferences and events as assigned
  • Assist in the development of social media content
  • Assist in updating and maintaining SCORE marketing materials – brochures, flyers, banners, etc.

Mission Team Trip Leader

  • Occasional opportunities to lead short-term mission trips in the United States
