Rosa Esther lives with her mother and younger brother. She is described as being friendly, smart, humble and respectful, but she is a bit shy. She likes to read, watch tv and play chess. Her favorite color is pink, and she hopes to be a pediatrician and rheumatologist some day. Rosa Esther has recently become a mentor in in La Represa’s Sembrando Esperanza program!
The Sembrando Esperanza (“Sowing Hope”) program supports high school and college-aged students. The program provides high schoolers with weekly in-depth Bible studies, career preparations, and leadership and service opportunities for the high school students who participate. As a student continues in the program through further education (such as college, trade school, approved courses, etc.), they will have greater leadership responsibilities within the program and funds to help them continue their education. This program is open to La Represa’s Bible program graduates and also other high school students that want to be involved and apply.
