Staff Accountant

Chattanooga, TN | Full-Time

SCORE International is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team at our Chattanooga home office. This is an entry-level role with clear opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

• Process and post financial data across multiple systems
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records and reporting
• Assist with financial reporting and reconciliations
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners, including staff and donors

What You Bring

• Degree in Accounting or a related field, and/or relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new systems (accounting and fundraising platforms)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
