Trey has been married to his beautiful bride Terri since 2001 and they have two sons, Evan (2006) and Carson (2009).
Trey and Terri have been missionaries with SCORE since March 2001. Trey took short-term mission trips while in high school to Canada, Puerto Rico, and Barbados. In 1999, he traveled on his first mission trip with SCORE to the Dominican Republic. During that trip, Trey sensed that the Lord was doing something special. The following summer, Trey served as a SCORE intern in the Dominican Republic for 3 months. It was during that internship that the Lord called Trey into full-time ministry.

He is also a frequent speaker in school chapels, missions conferences, FCA huddles, seminars, and small groups. Trey would LOVE to come and share about mission trips with you or your group!
Trey currently serves as the Director of Partner Development. He works in the home office of SCORE in Chattanooga where he helps groups and leaders to plan and organize their trips, and he also travels on several mission trips each year. The Baileys also travel to many conferences and seminars across the USA to represent SCORE.
Fun facts about Trey are that he loves all things peanut butter, he is a big-time sneaker head (Nike), and he loves Marshall football and North Carolina Tar Heel basketball.
